Grupo K1 is relentless in the pursuit of knowledge, trends, and new technologies. The same commitment applies to the training and development of employees and leaders. The development program titled “Service for 2052” is delivered by an external consulting firm and is intended for all employees in the administrative area. These monthly sessions address important topics for day-to-day work activities: effective communication, motivation and energization, conflict management, time management, organization and planning, and human and behavioral development. In addition, the program encourages practical and innovative ideas for the company, some of which are implemented immediately.
Designed for employees in leadership positions, the Leadership Academy aims to promote moments of exchange, the development of new skills, and a high-performance mindset through monthly meetings. These sessions combine theory with group practice, helping solidify knowledge and resulting in a team of leaders who are committed to their own growth and the growth of their teams. More than just knowledge acquisition, the training sessions provide each participant with meaningful personal development. These are moments that inspire reflection and healthy “provocations,” awakening individuals to pursue their purpose and goals, both personally and professionally.

At Grupo K1, we follow our Code of Ethics, whose core principle is the honest relationship of good people doing good, ensuring all employees the right to free union association. We maintain open and ongoing dialogue on labor and union matters, recognizing and respecting unions as the legal representatives of our professionals.

Collective bargaining agreements apply to all our operations and cover topics such as:

  • Compensation: salary adjustments, minimum wage levels, bonuses, among others.
  • Working hours: weekly workload, overtime, and timekeeping systems.
  • Equal opportunity: valuing diversity without any distinction based on color, gender, age, or religion in interpersonal and professional relationships.

The minimum wage in the state of Rio Grande do Sul is R$ 1,871.75 for the furniture industry as of July 31, 2025. The lowest salary paid at Grupo K1 is, on average, 21% above the local minimum wage. In the state of Paraíba, the minimum wage as of July 31, 2025 is R$ 1,508.00, and the lowest salary paid by the Northeast Business Unit is 14% above the local minimum wage.

As a way of recognizing the dedication of our employees over the years, the company offers an additional amount on the base salary for each full and uninterrupted year of service.
