Health and Well-being

Promote comprehensive health, safety, and physical, mental, and emotional well-being for employees and the community through preventive campaigns, educational actions, continuous monitoring, and initiatives focused on quality of life. The program aims to strengthen a culture of self-care and collective care, encouraging healthy habits, disease prevention, and the appreciation of life in all its aspects. 

Grupo K1’s Health, Safety, and Well-being Program is structured around three fundamental pillars that guide all actions carried out during the year. These pillars represent the company’s commitment to comprehensive care for people, promoting health, safety, and well-being inside and outside the workplace:

  • Prevention;
  • Education;
  • Quality of life.
    All preventive health campaigns reach our 2,300 employees and their families annually.
