In 2024, Grupo K1 invested more than R$ 475,000.00 in initiatives supporting the communities where it operates, promoting various areas such as sports, culture, education, health, and public institutions. We understand that the community is an integral and inseparable part of our business.
The purpose of the program is to consolidate and expand voluntary donation campaigns for items such as aerosol cans, plastic caps, winter clothing, toys, and blister packs, promoting sustainability and generating a positive social impact in the community. After collection, the materials are sent for recycling, and the revenue generated from their sale is converted into educational supplies for public schools.
In addition to the environmental benefits associated with material recycling and the resulting reduction in natural resource extraction, the program also raises awareness among our employees about the importance of recycling in reducing environmental pollution and about the value that waste can have when properly recycled.
